How to order
We have streamlined our order process to make it as simple as possible. Once registered to receive Meals on Wheels, you can order your meals in a variety of ways including:
Registered clients can very simply order online via our Client Login portal (in the top right corner of the screen). Prior to making your first order, you will need to contact us on (02) 4357 8444 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can set you up as an online user with your own unique login/username and password. You will need a valid email address to be set up as an online user.
Once we have set you up as an online user, you can access the Client Login portal 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to browse our menu and make your meal selections. Please note that online orders need to be placed at least three business days in advance of your expected delivery date.
You can email your meal order to email@example.com ensuring that you include your full name, phone number and address in the email. Alternatively, you can complete a Client Order Form and scan a copy of this to attach to your email. Click HERE to download the Client Order Form.
Over the phone
You can submit your order by calling 02 4357 8444 and talking to one our friendly staff.
You can click HERE to download a Client Order Form, which you print and fill out to hand to a volunteer.
Please note that in order to access Central Coast Meals on Wheels, you must be deemed eligible to receive our services. Please click here to find out more about the eligibility process.
We complete deliveries four days per week on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays, to all areas of the Central Coast. You can specify a preferred delivery day when placing your orders, however we cannot give or adhere to a request for a specific delivery time. Deliveries generally occur between the hours of 9am and 11.30am, and all clients are required to be home to accept a delivery.
Please note that we require a minimum of three business days notice for a delivery request.
