How Do I Register?
Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) Clients
If you are 65 years or over (or 50 years or over for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders), we require a referral from the government organisation, My Aged Care. To be referred to Meals on Wheels Central Coast, please call My Aged Care on 1800 200 422 or visit the My Aged Care website by clicking here. Alternatively, you can complete the form below or contact our friendly staff on (02) 4357 8444, and we can arrange the referral on your behalf. The process typically takes up to 48 hours, however, we can commence our service to you in the meantime if needed.
Home Care Package Clients
If you are on a Home Care Package, you can choose to have Meals on Wheels Central Coast as your meal provider. You can be new to our service, or transitioning from the Commonwealth Home Support Program. The choice of meal provider is yours.
Chat to your HCP provider about receiving your meals from us, or contact us for more information via the form below.
NDIS Clients
If you are under the age of 65 (or under 50 years for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders) and living with or caring for someone with a registered disability, we generally require a referral from the NDIS. To be referred to Meals on Wheels Central Coast, please contact the NDIS on 1800 800 110, or visit the NDIS website by clicking here. Please feel free to contact our staff for more information on being referred to our service.
